Confidant 2.1  is the Mental Health Practice Management & Billing Software that Offers the Mental Health Professional:

Confidant Offers More Features in an Easier to Use Format!

Client Intake. Confidant walks you through the intake process, and lets you print an intake form for your clients to complete in the waiting room.

Typical Use: A new client calls your office. You or your receptionist obtain basic information over the phone and concurrently enter it into Confidant.  When your new client arrives for her first visit, print out Confidant's Client Intake Form, place it into a clipboard, and give it to  her.  Because Confidant is interactive, the Client Intake Form will be populated with all of the information that you previously entered into Confidant.

Simply open a new session card, use Confidant's pull-down menus and intuitive fields and have a completed electronic session note, ready to be saved or printed, by thye time your client is ready to leave.

CPT® Codes are built in! Confidant 2.1 comes with many common CPT codes and descriptions pre-loaded for your convenience and a full searchable library of CPT®  behavioral codes. And if the AMA makes changes to any of the CPT behavioral codes, we send each of our customers (who have product support coverage in place) a free download containing the changes.   (CPT® is copyrighted by the American Medical Association and is a registered trademark of the American Medical Association.)

Confidnat Customer Support is Here to Serve You!

Confidant includes one free year of customer support. When you have customer support coverage, you receive product support and all program "fixes" and updates at no extra charge. And when a new version of Confidant is released, customers under product support coverage can upgrade to the new version at no charge. Additional years of customer support can be purchased for $59 per year.

Product support can be obtained in a number of ways:

  • By e-mail. If you require customer support, please send us an e-mail describing the problem you are having and we will respond as quickly as possible.

While you may prefer to pick up the phone, we find that most issues can quickly and effectively be resolved by e-mail. Please keep in mind that our ability to handle most support issues by e-mail helps us keep Confidant's pricing so low.

  • By remote troubleshooting. If we can't resolve your issue by e-mail, we will  schedule a remote troubleshooting session to be held at a time of your choosing. During the session, one of our technical support staff will  access your computer remotely and try to resolve the problem you are having. ( Please note that while we are remotely accessing your computer, you will be unable to use it.)

If you would like us to sign a HIPAA Business Associates Agreement before we conduct the remote troubleshooting session, you can send us your agreement (via e-mail to HIPAA@confidantsoftware.com or by fax to 845-290-5959) or you can print our pre-signed HIPAA Business Associates Agreement.
